Cran Shrub Tonic

5 oz Top Note Tonic
2 Tbsp Cranberry Shrub
Garnish with orange zest

Ribena Shrub

1 1/2 oz Ribena syrup
3 1/2 oz Seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub

5 oz WTR MLN WTR + Seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub

I used to make my own watermelon juice.
Which mostly involved cleaning the juicer, blender, or processor.

5 oz Bai Molotov Coconut + seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub

Shrubbed Ginger Ale

5 oz Ginger Ale + Seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub

Reeds Premium (sweetened with honey, recommended)

Cucumber Shrub

5 oz cucumber seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub
Garnish with lemon zest

Dry Shrub

5 oz Dry Rhubarb Soda
2 Tbsp Mad Maiden Shrub

Tastes like tart candy.

Fred & Ginger

5 oz brewed tea or kombucha
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger

5 Spice Cider

5 oz Apple Cider + Seltzer
2 Tbsp Honey Ginger Shrub
sprinkle of Chinese 5 Spice

Optional:
Pear and apple juice

Switchel

Switchel (Haymaker's Punch) adapted from hillbillyhousewife.com

14 oz water
2 oz Honey Ginger Vinegar
Scant ½ teaspoon molasses
3 teaspoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
¼ cup oats (optional)
Mix.
Let sit overnight.
Strain oats
