What is shrub?
A peculiarly potent potable, shrub was a prevalent beverage in colonial America. Shrub is a “drinking vinegar,” hand-crafted from a variety of fruits. Occasionally, cloudiness or sediment may appear in shrub, but it has no adverse affect on the flavor.
